Adapted from the, “The End-of-Life Namaste Care Program for People with Dementia”, by Joyce Simard, MSW, our Namaste Care Program is designed to honor the spirit of the hospice patients who have reached the final stages of dementia.
Through our compassionate presence, we create spiritual and emotional healing and assist in a gentle and peaceful transition, where everyone honors the spirit within.
The Bristol Hospice leadership and team are committed to the company’s vision and mission in the delivery of our hospice services.
CHAP has confirmed with their Scheduling that the new Ogden location will not need a site visit at this time because they are sharing the same CCN with your Parent location. As of today, this location is shown on our website as being accredited.
