Adapted from the, “The End-of-Life Namaste Care Program for People with Dementia”, by Joyce Simard, MSW, our Namaste Care Program is designed to honor the spirit of the hospice patients who have reached the final stages of dementia.
Through our compassionate presence, we create spiritual and emotional healing and assist in a gentle and peaceful transition, where everyone honors the spirit within.

Waxahachie Texas, Lighted Pathways Hospice, a local Waxahachie Hospice provider announced today that they have been purchased by a nationally recognized hospice provider Bristol Hospice, L.L.C., to form Bristol Hospice- Pathways, LLC. Bristol Hospice Pathways will continue to be located in Waxahachie, Texas and will offer comprehensive hospice care to Waxahachie area residents and their families.
